1/35TH.COM! Says it all really, Trumpeter's release of the extraordinary K5 rail-gun led me into some idle surfing, just so that I could acquire a better appreciation of the beast. A few search engine prompts led me to this very slick site. It's been a while since we looked at a general modeling site - this one 's got a lot going for it, and if you are looking for information of the K5 it's a pretty good place to start. There is a very well illustrated history with links onto associated sites that contain a lot more information. On a general note. Once you get past the advert-cluttered opening page - by clicking on the 35th banner - navigation is pretty straightforward, and what you have is a very good reference/forum for the promotion of 1/35th armor modeling. There are very few (if any) reviews of products, but lots of useful listings on variety of topics complete with links, and some very nice photos in the gallery though you may find that enlargements of some of the thumbnails, complete with a lot of other associated information is not yet available. However, given the recent update dates for the site, I'm sure it won't be long before they appear. By : Haris Ali |
